Reelup's Policy Against Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE)

We maintain a strict zero-tolerance policy against all forms of Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE), including content that depicts, promotes, or attempts to solicit such behavior either directly or indirectly.We are fully aligned with global efforts to combat child sexual abuse, exploitation, grooming, trafficking, and any other form of endangerment. This document outlines our policies, mechanisms, and commitments toward preventing CSAE on the Reelup platform.1. Prohibited Content and ActivitiesReelup does not allow and actively removes any content or behavior related to the following:Sexual exploitation or abuse of minors (including media, comments, chats, or coded content)Grooming or attempts to solicit sexual activity with a minorDepictions of minors in sexually suggestive or explicit contextsUse of our platform to share, request, or distribute child sexual abuse material (CSAM)Attempted contact with a minor for inappropriate purposesLuring or trafficking of children2. Detection and Moderation SystemsWe use a combination of the following to prevent CSAE:AI-based content moderation to detect nudity, abuse, and illegal contentAutomated detection systems and keyword filtering in user-generated content (captions, messages, etc.)Manual reviews conducted by trained moderators for reported contentUse of industry-standard databases (e.g., PhotoDNA) to detect known CSAM3. Reporting and Response MechanismsReelup provides clear and easy ways to report harmful content or behavior. When CSAE-related issues are reported:Content is immediately removed and quarantinedAccounts are suspended or permanently bannedLaw enforcement agencies and relevant child protection organizations are informed as neededReports are handled 24/7 by a dedicated Trust & Safety team4. Cooperation with AuthoritiesReelup complies with all local and international laws, including the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act, 2012 (India), and works with organizations such as:INHOPENCMEC (National Center for Missing & Exploited Children)InterpolRelevant law enforcement agenciesWe preserve relevant data and cooperate fully with legal investigations.5. Community Education and PreventionWe encourage a safe online space by:Educating our community on reporting tools and safety tipsActively discouraging and taking action against predatory behaviorReviewing content trends and updating our detection models accordingly6.
